Description

• Help customers meet their business goals by enabling online sales. • Define, design, and implement eCommerce solutions. • Participate in project discovery to determine scope and requirements. • Write functional specifications for the development team. • Define data models and create integration processes. • Collaborate with team members and customers for project scope. • Create and execute test plans to verify functionality. • Manage projects implementing eCommerce solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience as an IT business analyst, product owner, technical analyst, or related role. • Experience writing functional and/or technical specifications. • Experience working with customers on gathering requirements. • Experience with BigCommerce and/or other SaaS eCommerce platforms. • Highly detailed and love planning. • Enjoy a role where they can help out in many different ways. • Love learning new things and staying abreast of technology trends. • Can operate independently with little oversight. • Dream up creative ways to solve problems and do “whatever it takes.” • Are trustworthy, optimistic, and conscientious. • Live a balanced life, have a healthy attitude for fun, and are driven to serve others.
