📋 Description
• Responsible for Supply Chain systems and data to gather, analyze, and present insights and reports. • Manage complex problems and ensure ticket resolution. • Work within Oracle to gather, analyze, and present insights and reports. • Collect, cleanse, and validate data from various systems. • Design and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations. • Provide data interpretation support and actionable recommendations. • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and enhance data visualization techniques. • Define and implement technical requirements for analytical needs within Oracle ERP. • Conduct testing to ensure accurate Supply Chain Management reporting. • Ensure data integrity and perform data reconciliation. • Collaborate to align reporting strategies with organizational goals. • Provide user support and training on ERP analytics features.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelors - Preferably in areas of computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related field. • Masters Degree (preferred). • 3-5 years of experience • 2-3 within Healthcare. • Experience being part of a shared service organization. • Oracle Certification (Preferred).
