• Senior Accountant, LBS Project, Capital, and Lease Accounting manages monthly processes around Oracle Projects, Fixed Assets, and Leases. • Responsibilities include support for project initiation, accounting, analysis, and reporting needs. • Manage month-end close procedures and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. • Collaborate with various teams to support lease management and project determination.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelors Degree required, preferably in the areas of Accounting or Finance. • 4+ years of Experience in projects/fixed assets accounting. • Must possess a working understanding of operational reporting tools and sources within Oracle, including OTBI, FDI, and EPM. • Certified Public Accountant (preferred). • Active CPA License (Preferred).
