📋 Description
• Manage monthly processes around Oracle Projects, Fixed Assets, and Leases. • Support project initiation, accounting, analysis, and reporting needs. • Responsible for month-end close procedures around project, fixed asset, and lease accounting processes. • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement. • Manage accounting processes around leases, perform lease determinations, and maintain schedules. • Collaborate with facility finance team on new leases and lease management. • Maintain internal controls for balance sheet accounts. • Perform general ledger analysis as needed. • Support division leadership with annual project budgeting and forecasting. • Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelors Degree required, preferably in the areas of Accounting or Finance. • 4+ years of Experience in projects/fixed assets accounting. • Must possess a working understanding of operational reporting tools and sources within Oracle, including OTBI, FDI, and EPM. • Certified Public Accountant (preferred). • Active CPA License (Preferred).
