📋 Description
• Senior Accountant, LBS Project, Capital, and Lease Accounting, manages monthly processes around Oracle Projects, Fixed Assets, and Leases. • Supports Project, Fixed Assets, and Lease accounting processes for all sites, divisions, and lines of business. • Responsible for month-end close procedures and maintenance of fixed asset roll forwards, additions and disposals. • Manages accounting processes around financing and operating leases, performs lease balance reconciliations. • Collaborates with facility finance team and Site Liaison on new leases and lease classification testing. • Supports facility leadership with annual project budgeting and forecasting.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelors Degree required, preferably in the areas of Accounting or Finance. • 4+ years of Experience in projects/fixed assets accounting. • Must possess a working understanding of operational reporting tools and sources within Oracle, including OTBI, FDI, and EPM. • Certified Public Accountant (preferred). • Active CPA License (Preferred).
