📋 Description
• Manage monthly processes around Oracle Projects, Fixed Assets, and Leases. • Support the accounting process for project initiation, analysis, and reporting. • Perform month-end close procedures for project, fixed asset, and lease accounting. • Identify opportunities for improving accounting processes. • Maintain internal controls for balance sheet accounts and project transfers. • Collaborate with facility finance team and Site Liaison for lease management. • Organize and perform analysis around P&L and balance sheets related to projects and assets. • Support leadership with annual project budgeting and forecasting.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelors Degree required, preferably in the areas of Accounting or Finance. • 4+ years of Experience in projects/fixed assets accounting. • Must possess a working understanding of operational reporting tools and sources within Oracle, including OTBI, FDI, and EPM. • Certified Public Accountant (preferred). • Active CPA License (Preferred).
