📋 Description
•The Senior Accountant manages monthly processes around Oracle Projects, Fixed Assets, and Leases. •Responsible for month-end close procedures around project, fixed asset, and lease accounting processes. •Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement of accounting processes. •Collaborates with facility finance team and Site Liaison for new leases management. •Maintains internal controls for balance sheet accounts. •Performs P&L and balance sheet analysis around projects, fixed assets, and leases.
🎯 Requirements
•Bachelors Degree required, preferably in the areas of Accounting or Finance. •4+ years of Experience in projects/fixed assets accounting. •Must possess a working understanding of operational reporting tools and sources within Oracle, including OTBI, FDI, and EPM. •Certified Public Accountant (preferred). •Active CPA License (Preferred).
