📋 Description
• The Senior Accountant manages monthly processes around Oracle Projects, Fixed Assets, and Leases. • Responsible for month-end close procedures for project, fixed asset, and lease accounting processes. • Collaborate with facility finance and Site Liaison for project initiation and lease management. • Maintain internal controls, perform P&L and balance sheet analysis, and support budgeting and forecasting.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelors Degree required, preferably in the areas of Accounting or Finance. • 4+ years of Experience in projects/fixed assets accounting. • Must possess a working understanding of operational reporting tools and sources within Oracle, including OTBI, FDI, and EPM. • Certified Public Accountant (preferred). • Active CPA License (Preferred).
