📋 Description
• At Lifepoint Health, we provide quality healthcare to rural communities. • Responsible for meeting the needs of internal and external LifePoint customers. • Supports the Cerner Registration and Scheduling application. • Acts as a liaison between facility departments and IS for software issues and/or optimization. • Provides knowledge and skills to meet non-clinical staff needs. • Provides subject matter expertise to the functional development of Oracle/Cerner EHR. • Supports deployment for all types of facilities. • Collaborates to create cross functional relationships for system adoption.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems (preferred) • Computer Science or related experience • Knowledge of multiple workflows in Patient Access environments (HIM, Registration, Scheduling, Customer Service, etc.)
