• Manage HCM Integration processes and collaborate with technical teams. • Execute subject matter expertise in People Services Integrations Module. • Triage and manage queue to ensure ticket resolution. • Develop test plans and training for end-users. • Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams for system enhancements.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelors Degree required, preferably in the areas of computer science, information technology, soft-ware engineering, or a related field • Masters Degree (preferred) • 7+ years of Experience • Experience being part of a shared service organization • Oracle Certification (Required)
