📋 Description
• Manage HCM Integration processes and collaborate with technical teams. • Execute subject matter expertise in People Services Integrations Module. • Triage and manage queue and work with Senior Analyst. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes. • Develop test plans and documentation. • Provide training and support to end-users. • Maintain regular and reliable attendance. • Perform other duties as assigned.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelors Degree required, preferably in the areas of computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related field. • Masters Degree (preferred). • 7+ years of Experience. • Experience being part of a shared service organization. • Oracle Certification (Required).
