• Managing HCM integration processes • Collaborating with technical teams or software vendors • Execute subject matter expertise in the Workforce Management Module • Develop test plans • Develop training and support to end-users • Maintain up-to-date documentation of system configurations
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related field • Master's Degree (preferred) • 7+ years of experience in areas of computer science, information technology, software engineering, or related fields • Experience in shared service organization • UKG Applications experience • Knowledge of Oracle HCM (preferred) • Boomi Certified - Required
