📋 Description
• Consultant, HCM Integrations responsible for managing HCM Integration processes and collaborating with technical teams or software vendors • Execute subject matter expertise in People Services Integrations Module • Triage and manage queue for ticket resolution • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes, objectives, and challenges • Develop test plans and training for end-users • Prepare functional specifications and maintain system documentation • Acts as a resource for less experienced colleagues • Maintain regular and reliable attendance
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelors Degree required, preferably in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or related field • Masters Degree (preferred) • 7+ years of Experience • Experience in shared service organization • Oracle Certification (Required)
