• Supports the invoice and procurement function by creating custom workflows, setting up security roles, and defining data fields. • Identifies areas for process improvement and recommends system enhancements or automation opportunities to streamline Supply Chain processes. • Collaborates with the IT team and vendors to plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and enhancements. • Assists in configuring the Supply Chain system according to the organization's requirements.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelors Degree required, preferably in the areas of computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related field • Masters Degree (preferred) • Experience being part of a shared service organization • 5+ years of experience • Oracle Certification (Preferred)
