• Responsible for meeting the needs of LifePoint customers and supporting Cerner applications. • Acts as a liaison for software issues and optimization. • Provides subject matter expertise and guides functional development. • Supports technology initiatives and collects feedback for improvements.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field preferred. • Knowledge of multiple workflows in Patient Access environments (HIM, Registration, Scheduling, Customer Service, etc.).
