Description

• Manage every stage of the criminal defense proceedings • Handle discovery matters and conduct motions practice • Prepare for and attend depositions • Attend court for pre-trials, motion hearings and trials

Requirements

• Former prosecutor or public defender preferred, but not required • Minimum 3+ years of experience handling general criminal defense cases • Florida Bar license required • Strong understanding of the Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure • Ability to effectively communicate and work closely with clients • Ability to manage a full caseload • Must have criminal trial experience • Ability to develop case specific legal strategies to best advocate for our clients • Resume, writing samples and references required
