📋 Description
• Manage and oversee the civil litigation team • Track team billable hours • Provide strategic direction on case management • Monitor court deadlines • Facilitate effective client communication • Handle a select number of high-impact cases • Continuously refine case management processes • Track and ensure the firm’s attorneys are prepared for critical legal proceedings
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of general civil litigation experience including real estate matters and first chair on 3 civil trials • Prior leadership or management experience • Strong understanding of Florida Rules of Civil Procedure • Experience in managing and resolving legal disputes • Ability to help civil litigation team develop and implement case-specific legal strategies • Must possess a current license to practice law in the State of Florida
