• Part-Time & Remote role overseeing our sales division • Support the sales team and manage strategy • Oversee day-to-day response to incoming leads • Collaborating with marketing and client services teams • Motivating and supporting the sales team
• 3+ years in a sales leadership role • 10+ years of B2B sales experience in the service industry • Helpful if sales experience in HR, payroll or benefits • Sales professional who is authentic, high energy • Proven track record of success in leading a sales team • Experience using a CRM (Hubspot) • Business acumen or knowledge of operations preferred • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
