📋 Description

• Looking for a compassionate Licensed Master Social Worker to support our mission to radically improve access to high-quality brain health and dementia care! • Isaac Health takes a holistic and comprehensive approach when providing care for our patients which includes therapy services along with medication management as needed. • This position is a 1099 independent contract role. • Hold thoughtful and engaged sessions with patients once per week for 45 minutes. • Provide 10-40 hours of weekly availability. • Create your own flexible schedule based on your individual availability! Scheduled time must fall within the hours of 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM US Eastern Time. • Work collaboratively with doctors who are managing your patients' medication as well as with other multidisciplinary care providers, in tandem with the therapy services you are providing. • Work alongside other like-minded clinicians that have a common goal to positively impact the lives of others, and create an environment that leads to favorable outcomes for patients.

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the United States. • Must have active license in good standing at least in Pennsylvania. • Knowledge of the clinical application of the DSM-5. • Maintain a strong evidence-based clinical skill set while practicing and implementing outcome-focused care. • Empathetic, active, and intuitive listening. • Strong verbal and written communication. • Knowledgeable in crisis response. • Comfortable working autonomously in a telemedicine environment. • Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate various systems and tools with ease (this includes, but is not limited to Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, proprietary EMR, etc.); able to provide your own personal computer/laptop that meets security and telehealth standards. • Passionate about our mission of improving access to high-quality brain health and dementia care. • An entrepreneurial spirit or previous experience within a startup or fast-paced environment is preferred.
