Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in mathematics, health informatics, statistics or other related fields. • 5-7 yrs of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in a similar role. • Sound knowledge of data management systems (Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, or Domino Data Labs). • Strong experience in working with different source systems of data like the EMR, Dynamics 365 platform, Claims platforms and other common healthcare data sources. • Strong experience in reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, Alation. • Experience with analysis tools preferably SAS and SQL. • Experience using Python for data analysis (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn). • Sound knowledge of ETL or ELT frameworks (Extract, Transform/Load or Load/Transform). • Ability to organize, map, and interpret data through various stages of transformations. • Ability to comprehend sets of data and identify patterns and trends. • Ability to present data as information with graphical/visual aids. • Strong communication skills and a keen eye for details. • An analytical mind with problem-solving attitude. • Familiarity with common healthcare data standards a plus (EDI, HL7). • Familiarity with Cloud data concepts a plus (storage, modeling). • Familiarity with data governance principles a plus.
