Description

• Perform daily reconciliations of various financial systems (such as Ramp, Spendesk, and Xero) to ensure accurate financial records and maintain the integrity of our financial data • Oversee and manage the company's financial systems to ensure all transactions are recorded correctly • Review and process accounts receivable and payable, including coordinating weekly payments to vendors, reviewing vendor statements, and updating the bookkeeping system with vendor invoices • Assist in payroll preparation and adjustments to ensure accurate employee compensation • Prepare and present financial reports for weekly executive team meetings and other key stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field • 5+ years experience in a finance management role, preferably within a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams • Ability to manage sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality • Commitment to Red Rabbit’s mission and values, with a passion for social justice and community service
