Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required. • Minimum of 3 years of diagnostic sales or specialty pharmaceutical sales experience. • Specific knowledge in personalized medicine is preferred. • Salesforce.com or similar CRM experience required. • Experience in developing and managing commercial relationships with healthcare professionals. • Verifiable track record of building and growing a sales territory. • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. • Excellent time management, scheduling, and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to work independently and as a team member. • Ability to sense the importance of issues and take appropriate actions. • Knowledge of HIPAA laws and patient privacy.
