β€’ Temporary Patient Advocate for Myriad Women's Health inbound team. β€’ Act as the face of the organization for customers, including physicians and patients. β€’ Handle complex inbound and outbound inquiries to ensure positive customer experience. β€’ Communicate with up to 50 patients and healthcare providers each day. β€’ Respond promptly to customer inquiries while following standard operating procedures. β€’ Be the hub across all departments, working on prompt handling of orders.

Requirements

β€’ 1-3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare/biotechnology. β€’ Experience using customer service applications, such as Service Cloud and Salesforce. β€’ BA/BS Preferred but not required. β€’ Exceptional oral and written communication skills. β€’ Excellent organizational and task management skills and professional judgment. β€’ Enjoys problem solving and identifying patterns. β€’ Hardworking individual who loves working on a team and supporting others.

Benefits

β€’ This temporary position is eligible for a bonus structure that is based on duration of contract. β€’ $250 bonus if you complete 3 months. β€’ $500 bonus if you complete 4 months. β€’ $750 bonus if you complete 5 months.
