• Temporary Patient Advocate for Myriad Women's Health inbound team. • Act as the face of the organization for customers, including physicians and patients. • Handle complex inbound and outbound inquiries to ensure positive customer experience. • Communicate with up to 50 patients and healthcare providers each day. • Respond promptly to customer inquiries while following standard operating procedures. • Be the hub across all departments, working on prompt handling of orders.

Requirements

• 1-3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare/biotechnology. • Experience using customer service applications, such as Service Cloud and Salesforce. • BA/BS Preferred but not required. • Exceptional oral and written communication skills. • Excellent organizational and task management skills and professional judgment. • Enjoys problem solving and identifying patterns. • Hardworking individual who loves working on a team and supporting others.

Benefits

• This temporary position is eligible for a bonus structure that is based on duration of contract. • $250 bonus if you complete 3 months. • $500 bonus if you complete 4 months. • $750 bonus if you complete 5 months.
