📋 Description

• You are a seasoned and emotionally intelligent professional with a proven track record in project management. • You will lead, oversee, and ensure the successful delivery of projects within a larger program. • You will collaborate closely with the Program Manager to ensure alignment with program objectives. • You will report to the Director of Portfolio Management. • Execute and manage projects within a program, ensuring alignment with the program’s strategic objectives. • Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance. • Lead and manage IT projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, quality, time, and cost constraints. • Analyze project scope of work to determine time frame, funding limitations, and appropriate lifecycle for delivering projects. • Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and required activities. • Provide leadership and motivation to project team members throughout the project life cycle. • Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans, conduct risk assessments, create mitigation strategies, and manage stakeholder engagement and project documentation. • Ensure project objectives align with business goals by coordinating activities, managing schedules, and adhering to budget constraints. • Prepare regular project status reports, adjusting schedules or plans as necessary to ensure project milestones are achieved. • Oversee multiple projects ensuring they meet client requirements and company standards. • Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and quality standards. • Follow Myriad360’s portfolio management processes and methodologies to deliver successful client-focused outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• PMP certification is a must. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management. • 5 years of external client-facing experience. • Experience managing projects, especially those involving coordination of multiple teams and subcontractors across different locations. • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. • Proficiency in project management software such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar tools. • Strong leadership and team-building skills. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Exceptional organizational skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
