📋 Description

• Oversee and optimize ad monetization strategies across our portfolio of games to maximize revenue and user LTV. • Develop and execute ad monetization strategy alongside our teams; including integrated ad spots within the games, ad waterfall, and network bonuses. • Develop long-term partnership strategies with 3rd party partners to maximize ad revenue and incremental user LTV. • Analyze ad performance data to refine strategies related to impressions, inventory, targeting, and fill rates. • Work closely with product and community teams to monitor ad quality and player sentiment to ensure a non-intrusive, engaging ad experience. • Collaborate with the data science team to refine ad revenue forecasting and reporting models. • Maintain and expand relationships with 3rd party partners, negotiating favorable terms and bonuses.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 - 5+ years of experience in ad monetization within mobile gaming. • Strong understanding of ad mediation, waterfall management, and in-game ad placements. • Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling gaming ad businesses for mobile games. • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and ad monetization strategies. • Proficiency in data analysis and interpreting complex datasets to drive decision-making. • Excellent understanding of key mobile gaming metrics (eCPM, fill rate, ARPDAU, LTV, retention, etc.). • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments. • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
