• The Reconciliations + Withdrawals Analyst plays an integral role in supporting the financial operations of the organization • Responsible for processing distributions, providing client support, assisting with loan administration • Overseeing processes related to plan terminations and deconversions, ensuring accuracy of financial records • Must ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain meticulous records throughout transitions

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the retirement services industry • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy • Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and address issues effectively • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on follow-through and clarity • Proficiency in Excel, including intermediate to advanced functions (e.g., VLOOKUP) • Process-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet team and organizational goals
