📋 Description

• Oversee the delivery of comprehensive international tax and transfer pricing services to clients. • Work closely with executive leadership to develop strategic tax solutions. • Manage complex global tax projects, including cross-border mergers and acquisitions. • Advise clients on tax-efficient structuring and compliance with regulations. • Develop and mentor a team of professionals, providing training and guidance. • Drive business development efforts through networking and thought leadership initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive international tax consulting experience, including transfer pricing expertise. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA certification required. • Master’s in Taxation, LLM in Taxation, or JD is a plus. • Experience with a large public accounting firm, consulting firm, or law firm. • Deep knowledge of inbound and outbound taxation, Subpart F, GILTI, FDII, BEAT, and foreign tax credit utilization. • Expertise in transfer pricing planning, documentation, and controversy support. • Strong technical understanding of US GAAP and tax compliance/reporting for multinational entities. • Proven leadership skills, with a track record of managing high-performing teams. • Excellent business development and client relationship management skills. • Ability to communicate complex tax concepts to clients and internal teams in a clear and concise manner.
