Description

• Stay up-to-date with federal, state and local regulations affecting education, special education, accessibility and other related topics. • Stay abreast of the latest trends and legislation in education according to customer need and education policies/standards. • Analyze new and changing regulations and assess their impact on the company’s policies and practices. • Conduct audits to review compliance with educational and accessibility regulatory requirements and standards. • Manage the development, delivery and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures. • Develop and deliver compliance training programs for internal team members. • Manage processes for state or district instructional material approvals. • Provide guidance and support on compliance-related issues and inquiries from various departments. • Prepare compliance reports for senior management and regulatory bodies as required. • Maintain comprehensive documentation of compliance activities and findings. • Liaise with regulatory bodies, accrediting agencies, and external auditors as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Education Law, Educational Policy or a related field. • Experience with compliance processes and standards. • Demonstrated understanding of regulatory frameworks in the education sector. • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
