• You will get a chance to set your own standard for delighting our customers and develop a deep knowledge of the low code landscape while building up a team and setting up the strategy. • While this is a head/lead role, in the beginning about 50-60% of the work will be hands-on support solving both our community, and our paying customers.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a small technical support or engineering team. • Passion for automation and a track record of implementing efficient processes. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. • Experience with Javascript & Docker experience (k8s experience is a bonus) • You're curious, have a growth mindset and you love learning new stuff (super important) • You're humble, kind, and are open to feedback (super duper important)
