• Your main goal is to elevate hiring process for top-tier talent. • Actively source for critical roles, developing talent mapping initiatives. • Create and manage an internal candidate database. • Screen CVs to identify cultural and technical fit. • Develop strategies to increase diversity in candidate pipelines.

Requirements

• Biased for action: Proactive and driven with speed and precision. • Process-oriented and tenacious: Methodical and persistent in sourcing efforts. • Initial sourcing/recruitment experience: Hands-on experience in sourcing or recruitment. • Growth mindset: Eager to learn, adapt, and improve skills in sourcing and recruitment. • Startup experience: Worked in startup environment. • Tech recruitment background: Experience sourcing for tech roles. • Passion for Diversity & Inclusion: Interest in D&I initiatives.
