📋 Description
• Nabis is the #1 Licensed Cannabis Wholesale Platform in the world. • Responsible for leading and executing multi-site, cross-functional process improvement projects across operations. • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager or other cross-functional leadership capacity • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities • Outstanding communication and people skills • In-depth knowledge of supply chain management • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics • Familiarity with MS Office, Google Suite, and various business software (e.g., ERP, WMS) • Experience with SQL and data visualization tools is a big plus • Budget and P&L management experience • Systematic and highly analytical work habits • Excellent time management skills • Low-ego, adaptable, and high EQ • Willing and able to travel domestically up to 50% at peak times • Must be able to pass a background check • Must be 21 years of age or older
