Description

• Responsible for the design, implementation, delivery, and evaluation of governance training and technical assistance for health center boards. • Collaborate to produce training addressing health center board roles and issues tailored for health centers. • Lead the design, development, and evaluation of a comprehensive TTA portfolio on governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline; and minimum eight years related work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Nonprofit governance knowledge and experience working with nonprofit boards and board members. • Experience strategically establishing, maintaining, and growing internal and external partnerships. • Business acumen in the provision of training and technical assistance services. • Success with the management, oversight, and stewardship of resources. • Experience with people, program and project management, strategic leadership, and organizational change management. • Strong written and verbal communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. • Demonstrated competence in application of adult learning and instructional design principles and technique. • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 including PowerPoint and Excel. • Exceptional attention to detail. • Commitment to NACHC’s mission and pillars. • Willingness to travel to 3-4 NACHC conferences annually and several regional events each year.
