• Imagine a world where every person’s genome serves as their medical record to guide health decisions. • We’re well on our way—genomic analysis is becoming the clinical standard in diagnostic evaluations. • FDNA works on the early detection of rare diseases with the help of AI technology. • FDNA's technology is used by 70% of the world’s geneticists across 2,000 clinical sites in over 130 countries. • We are looking for product minded and meticulous individuals with hyper attention to detail. • A successful candidate will work closely with engineering, Product and Clinical team to release high quality applications. • You will handle the Quality of the product ensuring that all quality check points are met. • You will be leading a team of quality assurance engineering; automation and manual testers. • You will handle the QA infrastructure selecting the tools and method to use. • You will be expected to have superior knowledge of the product and its inner workings and dependencies. • You will handle QA requirements and will play a significant role in qualifying requirements before they are ready for development.

Requirements

Organized and methodological. • Excellent communication skills (English) • Proven record of accomplishment leading a QA team • Proven record of accomplishment working with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium) • Proven record of accomplishment building testing infrastructure as part of a team or alone • Proven record of accomplishment doing data driven QA testing (e.g., DB testing) • Proven record of accomplishment working with API based tests (e.g., Postman, scripts) • Good Experience testing asynchronous system • Good Experience in mobile testing including Android, iOS • Knowledge of software architecture specifically MS services, Event driven • Knowledge of Web technologies including Web Applications, Browser, HTTP protocols • Excellent at planning and sequencing QA testing activities • Excellent test writing and reporting skills • Experience monitoring system logs • Can write some code - scripts to automate tests and other QA related tasks. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
