Description

• North Atlantic Industries, a provider of embedded electronic solutions, is hiring an Application Engineer II. • Provide customer technical support in pre and post sales settings. • Advise prospects during customer test and evaluation activities. • Ensure documentation and technical requests are provided timely. • Recommend specific products based on application and requirements. • Consult with prospects about product utilization. • Participate in troubleshooting activities for design-in success.

Requirements

• BSEE / BSET or a four year degree in a technical discipline required • Some knowledge of embedded Bus architectures (VME, CPCI, etc.), Processors and/or related products a plus • 3+ years of experience in a technical support role desired • Outstanding communication skills both verbally and written • Good organizational skills and strong time management skills • Ability to work independently toward focused goals • Familiarity with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power point)
