Description

• Nansen is a blockchain analytics platform that enriches on-chain data with millions of wallet labels. • We are seeking an experienced and creative Lead Product Designer to take ownership of Nansen's design function, leading efforts to create user-friendly, visually compelling products. • Drive the design vision, set the UX strategy, work hands-on as a designer, and manage a small team of talented designers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a portfolio showcasing strong UX/UI skills and a taste for modern product aesthetics. • Previous leadership experience: Proven ability to manage, mentor, and inspire a team of designers. • Expertise in design tools: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design tools, with experience in building and maintaining design systems. • Strong communication skills: Ability to clearly articulate design decisions, confidently present ideas to internal and external stakeholders, and incorporate feedback to refine your work. • Experience with user research: Strong background in leading user research initiatives and applying insights to drive design decisions. • Problem-solving mindset: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects and priorities. • Active interest in crypto: Experience or a strong curiosity about blockchain technology and crypto markets.
