Description

• Oversee and advance financial operations for NAPAWF • Ensure financial stability and compliance by managing key processes • Collaborate with Director of Finance and Administration on budgeting and forecasting activities • Lead preparations for annual audits and 990 reporting • Manage entry-level staff and provide mentoring

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications preferred • 3-5 years of experience in nonprofit finance and accounting required • Proficiency in fund accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage Intacct), Excel, and database systems • Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail • Collaborative approach to teamwork with ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines • Strong support of NAPAWF’s mission and vision
