Description

• The Senior Director of Communications is responsible for leading and supervising the communications team • Driving development and execution of internal and external communications strategy • Requires strategic thinking with strong leadership skills • Develop and implement innovative communications initiatives • Commitment to advancing social justice issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field (advanced degree preferred) • 10+ years of experience in communications • At least 5 years in a leadership role • Proven track record of developing and executing successful internal and external communications strategies • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strategic thinker • Strong project management skills • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion • Ability to travel for meetings/events up to 25% per year
