β’ Recruitment and Talent Acquisition - Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees. β’ Planning - Coordinate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs, prospective openings, and position requirements; forecast changes in staffing, plan recruiting strategies in advance, and maintain movement in the talent pipeline to maximize long-term productivity. β’ Policy Development - Review existing HR policies and procedures and create new ones to align with organizational goals, industry standards, and legal requirements. β’ HR Administration - Manage HR administrative tasks such as payroll processing, benefits administration, personnel record-keeping, and the annual enrollment process. β’ Employee Relations - Address employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts, and foster a positive work environment through effective communication and engagement initiatives. β’ Performance Management - Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and addressing performance issues. β’ Legal Compliance - Staying up-to-date with employment laws and regulations to ensure the organization's HR practices remain compliant and mitigate legal risks. β’ Strategic Planning - Contributing to strategic HR planning by analyzing workforce trends, identifying future staffing needs, and developing strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent. β’ Investigations - Thoroughly investigate any potential issues, discrimination, harassment, or any other employee relations complaints or disputes; effectively present findings to the appropriate parties.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. β’ Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or related roles. β’ Comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. β’ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. β’ Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. β’ Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. β’ HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
