Description

• Leads a team of remote survey interviewers, responsible for the collection of research data. • Supports the Data Collection department in delivering fieldwork to quality standards and targets. • Ensures the team reaches data collection targets efficiently and to required standards. • Embodies organizational values and inspires team performance.

Requirements

• Allocate work to, motivate and manage the performance and workload of interviewers. • Ensure project deadlines are met by confirming and monitoring interviewers’ days of working. • Support the development of interviewers within the team, providing support and identifying additional training and coaching requirements. • Ensure that the team, although geographically dispersed, is supported and works together in a co-ordinated and effective way. • Support an open management style, communicating management information well and encouraging the team to contribute to continuous improvement.
