Description
• As a Senior Data Science Production Engineer, ensure seamless operation of data-driven solutions. • Collaborate with lab operations and data scientists to enhance production assays. • Utilize SQL and statistical methods for data analysis and model development. • Provide training on SQL and statistical methods to relevant teams.
Requirements
• Master’s degree in statistics, engineering, computer science or equivalent • 3+ years of experience in data analysis and modeling • 3+ years of experience using Python/R for data analysis • 3+ years of experience with SQL • Deep understanding of statistical concepts and machine learning • Experience with version control systems • Strong communication skills • Strong Project Management experience • Desire to learn about human genetics and sequencing technologies (desirable) • Knowledge of data science product lifecycle (desirable)
