Description

• Senior Product Manager, Billing will create scalable products for billing experiences. • Work with product and billing teams and senior leadership to drive a billing product roadmap. • Analyze billing processes to develop products that meet the needs of patients, providers, and billing teams. • Establish success criteria and metrics for product improvements. • Drive efficiencies through product innovation and collaborate with engineering teams.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in product management focusing on complex operational/business process related projects or equivalent experience at a hyper growth company. • 2+ years experience of billing experience within the healthcare industry. • Exceptional analytical skills, operational excellence DNA, obsessed with finding ways to make processes more efficient through software solutions. • Proven ability to learn how processes work quickly, ask the right questions, and come up with a cohesive plan for how to improve/automate them. • Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, relationship-building. • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to define, plan, and lead projects forward.
