Description

• Drive the development of Clinical AI solutions using clinical data from unstructured sources. • Design and implement data extraction workflows for processing clinical documentation. • Develop validation frameworks for data accuracy and completeness. • Create scalable solutions for operations, clinical decision support and research. • Manage cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and clinical SMEs. • Ensure compliance with healthcare data security and privacy requirements. • Partner with engineering to architect data processing pipelines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on healthcare technology. • Strong understanding of clinical data structures, healthcare workflows, and medical terminology. • Experience working with AI/ML technologies, particularly LLMs and NLP. • Experience with FHIR, HL7, and other healthcare data standards. • Proven track record of building data processing and validation workflows. • Knowledge of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.). • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and healthcare-specific services. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.
