📋 Description
• Build and maintain the software powering NationBuilder • Assist in guiding and mentoring other engineers within the team • Collaborate with team members to optimize for rapid, agile development • Seek feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to continually improve the product and development process • Investigate and resolve technical issues while ensuring high standards of code quality, testing, and documentation
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 3-5 years of professional software engineering experience • Experience with Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, HTML/CSS/SCSS, and JavaScript • Strong technical background • Ability to practice test-driven development and judicious refactoring
