📋 Description

• The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the overall success of NEP’s growth activities in the Dallas-Fort Worth market. • All business development activities will be expected to meet or exceed NEP capital investment and related financial return objectives. • Focus on generating incremental margin through new construction and existing community opportunities. • Overall ownership of the Dallas-Fort Worth market business development KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or related discipline • At least five (5) years business development experience in sales and sales management within the multi-family real estate, or multi-family products/service spaces • Proven ability to successfully manage a team to generate new business opportunities in new markets and multiple geographies • Strong organization, management, and planning skills • Strong financial acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills • Consultative/solution selling skills with outstanding presentation, verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders with differing or changing priorities
