• Experience in outbound sales, preferably in a target-driven environment • Demonstrated ability to manage and develop team members • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and support others • Organisational skills and attention to detail • Proficiency in spreadsheets, data-entry tools, and sales performance tracking software
