📋 Description

• The Payroll Lead will oversee and coordinate payroll team functions. • Ensure pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations. • Compile data from payroll sources. • Prepare relevant weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports. • Oversee compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required. • 3 years of payroll related experience required. • Vista ViewPoint and/or ADP Workforce Now (WFN) MS Dynamics NAV/Navison and/or JAMIS experience a plus. • In-depth knowledge and experience of payroll calculation and processing. • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices. • Knowledge of applicable local, state and federal rules and laws. • Proficiency in relevant payroll and accounting software.
