• Two years proven experience as an Events Assistant or Events Coordinator working with in-person and virtual events • Experience participating in site visits, anticipating needs, knowing when to ask questions or dig deeperStrong interpersonal skills • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Flexibility to work evenings and travel as required • Must be in the DMV area • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field and or relevant experience • Effective communication/teamwork • Problem solvingAdaptability
