Description

• Nava Benefits is a modern benefits brokerage on a mission to fix healthcare. • Seeking an experienced Benefits Consultant as a Solutions Consultant to support the Sales team. • Engage with prospective clients, bringing insights on benefits strategy and solutions. • Present in finalist meetings, providing strategic oversight in key account renewals. • Requires a strategic thinker with consulting acumen who can influence decisions with prospects.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in benefits consulting with demonstrated expertise in: • Alternate Funding Strategies: Familiarity with innovative funding methods and their application. • Underwriting: Strong understanding of underwriting processes and best practices. • Benefit Program Design: Proven experience in crafting effective benefits programs that align with client needs. • Carrier Management & Negotiations: Skilled in managing carrier relationships and driving favorable negotiation outcomes. • Executive Client Engagement: Experienced and comfortable in a client-facing role, with proven ability to present and consult effectively at the executive and C-suite level. • Health Insurance License: Must currently possess an active Health Insurance License.
