📋 Description
• We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Navaide. • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, with the ability to gather, analyze, and present complex datasets to guide informed decision-making. • As a Data Analyst, you will support various projects by providing key insights, data-driven recommendations, and ensuring data accuracy across initiatives. • Candidate must be able to obtain/maintain a DOD security clearance.
🎯 Requirements
• Five plus years of experience in data analysis, preferably within consulting or DOD. • Strong proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar. • Proven ability to work with large, complex datasets and derive actionable insights. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Experience with data modeling and database management. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders. • Familiarity with Python, R, or other programming languages for data analysis is a plus.
