• Account Managers perform regular visits to sites to ensure: • Relationship building • On site performance reviews of ATM • Advanced notice of change of ownerships and intention to sell business • Condition of ATM and signage • Perform mini preventative maintenance and cleanup of ATM (outside only) • Additional training for merchants as required • Introduce new products and services • Any issues, complaints or compliments • Referrals for new business • Maintain a strong relationship so that end of term deals are renewed • Renew contracts to ensure client is retained for long term • Call Schedule guided by monthly AM campaigns and visit schedules: • New Sites • Contract Renewals • Targeted profile lists / upgrade opportunities • Dispense gaps and performance flags • Brand performance monitoring • Competitions • CRM • Ad hoc reasons for an AM visit • Early termination request • Deal details • Site inactive • Major technical issues • Change of Ownership • Contract Renewal
